Steph studied her two undergraduate degrees (Sport and Exercise Science + Human Communication Studies) in the USA whilst playing tennis full time on a scholarship at the University, then returned home and completed her Masters degree (Sport and Exercise Nutrition) in the UK.
Steph now runs an online 8 week Lean Bean Fat Loss Course, designed to give you the tools and teach you how to lose weight/ body fat in a healthy, realistic to life way.
Her coaching philosophy evolves around fitting your nutrition into your lifestyle, not the other way around. It’s all science based with Steph, no fads, so don’t worry you don’t have to eat salads for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
