Hi I’m Sarah,

I’m looking forward to joining you in your personal fitness journey.

My passion for the health and fitness began after having a family and struggling with my body like many new mums do, I turned to fitness to assist in feeling better about myself.  This inspired me to help other people who are going through the same thing.  I understand how challenging it is juggling fitness and a family and how easy it is to put off looking after yourself.

My goal is to educate and motivate as many people as possible to achieve their personal fitness goals.
