About Us

Welcome to Hobart’s best facility for women (and men!) beginning exercise for the first time, or returning after a long break. We don’t have flashy facilities others may boast, we simply get the results you want.

We have worked closely with well over 200 clients in the past 18 months just like you to deliver success with weight loss, muscle tone, motivation, energy and general fitness. These life changing outcomes are what we do and there’s no reason the next success story can’t be yours.

Finally, it is important to remember that training works hand in hand with nutrition – and we have you covered there too. We have worked with Steph Catlin, a Master Nutritionist from Food is Life in the UK (www.foodislife.co.uk) for over 12 months and every client that has gone through her Lean Bean program has achieved fantastic results. When you train with us, you get Steph too, which is something no one else in Australia can claim.
